Eligibility & Entry • Category: U-14 Boys and Girls (Born on or after 01/01/2011) • Entry Fee: ₹2000 (Only for Round 1) • No entry fee for teams qualifying for Round 2 and Round 3 Cash Prizes at the Nationals • Winner: ₹75,000 • 1st Runner-Up: ₹50,000 • 2nd Runner-Up: ₹25,000

Rules & Regulations
  • The latest FIBA 3X3 Basketball Rules will be followed.
  • All players and team officials must comply with the rules set by the Tournament Committee.
  • All participating teams must report to the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of their match.
  • Aadhar and School ID cards (originals plus photocopies) must be submitted at the Registration Desk for age verification.
  • Court & Ball Specifications
    • Matches will be played on one half-court with a single hoop.
    • A Size 6 basketball will be used for all categories.
  • Team Composition
    • Each team may consist of a maximum of 4 players: 3 active players and 1 substitute.
    • All players must wear a jersey with a unique number on both the front and back that is clearly visible and contrasting in color.
    • Permissible jersey numbers include 0, 00, and numbers from 1 to 99.
  • Uniform & Colour Clash Policy
    • All team members must wear matching uniforms in the same dominant color for both shirts and shorts. Shirts with sleeves must end above the elbow; long sleeves are not permitted.
    • The first-named team (home team) shall wear light-colored jerseys (preferably white), while the second-named team (visiting team) shall wear dark-colored jerseys.
    • If both teams mutually agree, they may interchange their jersey colors.
    • In the event of a color clash, the home team must change jerseys or wear bibs.
  • Coaching Regulations
    • Coaching on the playground or from the sidelines is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in disqualification.
  • Game Officials
    • Each match will be officiated by 2 referees and 2 table officials.
  • Playing Time & Match Outcome
    • The game shall consist of 1 period of 10 minutes.
      • The clock will stop during dead-ball situations and free throws.
    • Shot clock duration: 12 seconds.
    • There will be no breaks after scoring.
    • There are no quarter-time or half-time intervals.
    • A team that scores 21 points or more before the 10-minute limit automatically wins the game.
    • In case of a tie at the end of regular time, the game will proceed to overtime:
      • A 1-minute break will precede overtime.
      • The first team to score 2 points in overtime will be declared the winner.
    • The captain shall inform the crew chief no later than 10 minutes following the end of the game if protesting against the result, sign the scoresheet in the "Captain's signature (in case of protest)" column, and submit a formal complaint in writing with a non-refundable fee of ₹2000/-.
